Some of our events will have water elements. Most of them will be in water that you can walk in if you can? If there are water obstacles that require swimming, tell a Spartan official if you cannot swim and you can skip the obstacle and instead complete a set of burpees. Amount of required burpees depends on swimming distance and will be different on each event. Exact number of required burpees will be announced by Race Director.
